EHECATL            250 cm high

A kinetic sculpture inspired by Aztec mythology, Ehecatl tells the story of a revered Aztec wind god.
Ehecatl was responsible for making the stationary sun and moon move across the skies. The vibrant dancing priests inspired Ehecatl to use his power and ensure  that we now have day and night and avoided certain disaster for the Aztec nation. The sculpture embodies the spirit of Ehecatl by displaying his vibrant colors and his majestic dominance of the wind.

This design was unveiled in Houston, Texas Nov 2013.
